Dear Parents:

The Vietnamese Hoagie Fundraiser was a success.  We sold 40 hoagies in 15 minutes! This is a PTO sponsored event with profits earmarked to support Ding Hao Projects.   Many Ding Hao teachers wished to purchase hoagies, and we sold out so quickly we had none for them.  We will purchase more quantity for the next sale and take preorders for teachers, so please keep your appetite going!

For those of you who purchased a hoagie, we are interested in your feedback. Tell us if you enjoyed the hoagie, and if you would purchase them again. Please send your feedback to Elaine and Bern, PTO Co-Presidents.   SMargo1023@aol.com , bpanzak@glackinplan.com

Excerpts from past PTO news:

A few volunteers are needed each Saturday to assist Betty and the teachers.

While you are visiting with your friends and having coffee in the parent room, your help is needed with copying and arts and crafts projects. The copy machine will be in the parent room to copy handouts and worksheets for teachers. No need to be too creative to help with Arts and Crafts .....bring your scissors and help cut out craft projects.   The PTO would like to thank you and offer complimentary coffee and sweets to all volunteers!  Your help will greatly support Betty and the teachers!    Simply stop in to the parent room, and remember to bring scissors.
