TENTATIVE PROGRAM SCHEDULE
9:40 AM- 10:30 AM Readiness for students and performers (Auditorium)
9:45 AM- 10:30 AM registration for banquet
10:30 AM- 12:30 PM performances (Auditorium)
12:30 PM- 1:00 PM registration for banquet
1:00 PM- 2:00 PM banquet (cafeteria)
VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE
- Friday Night Set Up 6-9PM: set tables and decorate. Pizza dinner included!
- Stage Hand: Help with lighting and curtains.
- Cold Platter Preparation: 9:15-10am & 11:30-12pm: assist Betty and teachers to set up platters.
- Food Preparation & Service: 11:30-12:30: help in kitchen and serve.
- Clean Up: 1:30-2:30: after lunch, all parents help with clean up. Take down decorations and make sure space is cleaned.
